妊娠期寨卡病毒感染

摘要 寨卡病毒（Zika virus）属于黄病毒科黄病毒属，直径50～60nm，核酸为单股正链RNA，大小约11kb。寨卡病毒首次于1947年在乌干达寨卡（Zika）丛林恒河猴中被发现，随后于1952年又在乌干达和坦桑尼亚人群中被发现。
