乳腺浸润性导管癌中MACC1的表达及其临床意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨乳腺癌组织中MACC1、c-met的表达及MACC1与c-met相互之间的关系。方法釆用免疫组化En Vision法检测105例乳腺浸润性导管癌及78例癌旁正常组织MACC1的表达,检测105例乳腺浸润性导管癌组织中c-met、ER、PR、c-erb B-2、CK5/6、EGFR的表达。结果 MACC1在乳腺癌组织中的阳性率明显高于癌旁组织,二者差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);乳腺浸润性导管癌的MACC1阳性表达与c-met的表达有相关性(P<0.05),MACC1阳性表达与乳腺癌的组织学分级、基因分型、淋巴结转移以及患者年龄、肿块大小呈负相关(P>0.05)。结论 MACC1在乳腺癌的发生、发展中起重要作用。可能成为预测乳腺浸润性导管癌生物学行为的独立指标之一,并有望成为抑制乳腺癌远处转移的新靶点。 Objective To investigate the expression and significance of MACC1,c-met in Breast carcinoma,and analyze the relationship between MACC1,and c-met ER. Methods The expression of MACC1,c-met and ER were detected by immunohistochemical En Vision in 105 cases of invasive ductal carcinoma and 78 cases of adjacent normal tissue. Results Higher positive rate of MACC1 was obtained in invasive ductal carcinoma than in adjacent normal tissue,and difference was significant( P 0. 01). The expression of MACC1 was correlated with expression of c-met( P 0. 05),and it was negatively correlated with the tumor histologic grades,genotyping,lymph-node metastasis,age of patients and the size of tumor( P 0. 05). Conclusions MACC1 plays important role in carcinogenesis and development of breast carcinoma. MACC1 may serve as a new biological behavior and targeting treatment for inhibition of distant metastasis of patients with invasive mammary ductal carcinoma.
