同量治疗下双眼屈光不正性弱视主视眼与非主视眼疗效比较

Efficacy comparison between dominant eye and non-dominant eye under same amount treatment for amblyopia eye

目的比较同量治疗下,双眼屈光不正性弱视主视眼和非主视眼的临床效果。方法选取本院收治的80例双眼屈光不正性弱视患者作为研究对象,运用随机分组的方法,将80例患者平均分为主视眼组和非主视眼组,两组患者均实施同量治疗,包括视刺激、目力训练、戴镜等,对比两组患者治疗1个月、3个月、5个月、7个月的治愈情况和矫正视力进步行数。结果治疗1个月和治疗3个月后,主视眼组患者的治愈情况明显优于非主视眼组,两组比较,P<0.05。治疗5个月和治疗7个月后,两组患者的组间比较不具备统计学差异,P>0.05。同量治疗1个月后,患者主视眼的矫正视力进步行数明显多于非主视眼,P<0.05,3个月、5个月和7个月后,主视眼组和非主视眼组进步行数没有统计学差异,P>0.05。结论对双眼屈光不正弱视患者实施同量治疗,短时间之内主视眼明显优于非主视眼,但中长期主视眼和非主视眼效果相当。

Objective To compare Efficacy between dominant eye and non-dominant eye under same amount treatment for amblyopia eye. Methods 80 cases of isoametropic amblyopia patients admitted to our hospital as the research object,using the method of random grouping,the average of 80 cases were divided into visual eye group and non dominant eye group,two groups of patients were implemented commensurate treatment,including visual stimulation,eyesight training,wearing glasses,and compared two groups of patients with treatment 1 month,3 months,5 months and 7 months,cure and corrected visual acuity improved in the number of rows. Results 1 month and 3 months after treatment,the cure of patients with primary eye group was obviously better than the master eye group,compared two groups（ P 0. 05）. Five months and 7 months after treatment,two groups of patients was not statistically differenct between groups（ P 0. 05）. The same amount of 1 month after treatment,patients with primary eye vision correction progress lines significantly more than the main eye,P 0. 05,3,5 months and 7 months later,the main eye group and the progressive line number of main eye group had no statistical difference（ P 0. 05）. Conclusions The eyes of ametropia amblyopia implementation amounts treatment,within a short period of time the main visual eye is obviously better than that of the non dominant eye,but equal to long-term visual eye and eye effect.
