血必净联合血液净化对急性重症胰腺炎的临床效果研究

Clinical effects of acute severe pancreatitis treated with Xuebijing joint blood purification

目的探讨血必净联合血液净化对急性重症胰腺炎的疗效。方法选择2014年1月至2015年6月期间我院收治的急性重症胰腺炎患者73例按照随机数字表法分为两组,对照组36例,研究组37例,两组均给予内科常规性基础治疗,在此基础上,对照组用血液净化治疗,研究组用血必净联合血液净化治疗。结果研究组TNF-a、IL-6、hs-CRP水平与对照组比较均明显较低,症状消失时间、血淀粉酶恢复时间、肠蠕动恢复时间、住院时间与对照组比较均明显较少,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组APACHEⅡ评分均出现明显降低,研究组治疗后APACHEⅡ评分明显低于对照组,两组差有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血必净联合血液净化治疗急性重症胰腺炎患者效果显著,可使疗效提高,有效清除炎性细胞因子,可在临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of severe acute pancreatitis treated with Xuebijing joint blood purification. Methods 73 cases of acute severe pancreatitis patients who were selected from January2014 to June 2015 in our hospital were divided into two groups according to the random number table divided into two groups,there were 36 cases in the control group,there were 37 cases in the study group,all the patients were given routine medical basic treatment,on the basis of this,the control group treated with blood purification therapy,the study group treated with Xuebijing joint blood purification. Results TNF-a,IL-6,hs-CRP levels of the study group were lower than the control group,the time of symptoms disappearance,blood amylase recovery time,recovery time of bowel movements,hospitalization time were significantly less than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P 0. 05）. After treatment,APACHEII scores was significantly lower than before treatment,APACHEII of study group after treatment was significantly lower than the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（ P 0. 05）. Conclusions Xuebijing joint blood purification therapy in patients with severe acute pancreatitis has significant effect,can improve the curative effect,and effectively remove the inflammatory cytokines,which can be used in clinical application.
