氧化锆基台和常规钛基台在治疗前牙区种植修复中的对比分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的分析氧化锆基台和常规钛基台在治疗前牙区种植修复中应用。方法本研究抽选在我院进行收治的牙前区种植修复的患者60例,随机分成实验组和对照组,分别使用氧化锆基台和常规钛基台,比较两组患者牙龈出血情况、骨量吸收量的情况以及满意度、美观度的对比。结果实验组和对照组患者,在牙龈出血情况上,两组在戴冠后1个月、6个月及12个月后,结果差别不是很明显,不具有统计学意义(P>0.05),但是在骨量吸收量上,两组患者在不同时段内的差别显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者对修复颜色满意者度为100%,对外形满意度为96.67%,对舒适程度的满意度为100%,对照组患者对修复体颜色满意度为68.75%,对外形满意度为78.13%,对舒适程度的满意度为62.5%,两组患者差别显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论氧化锆基台对患者骨量吸收量的方面,有所影响。较常规钛基台相比,具有修复体外形好,颜色匹配及舒适度高的优点,值得在临床上应用。
