针对目前我国开展历史村镇保护的积极态势,结合历史村镇保护绩效评价的具体实践,阐释主观评价方法的适用性、,通过村镇保护绩效评价的旨趣研究,确定评价因子和测量方法,建构保护评价的模型及运算,建立绩效评价结果分析的反馈与修正机制,完善历史村镇保护工作循环链,为保护成效的检验开辟新途径,在理论和方法上补充和优化我国历史村镇保护体系。

In view of the positive trend of historical towns ＆ villages conservation in China, this paper with the practices of performance evaluation on historical towns ＆ villages conservation explains the applicability of the subjective evaluation methods. Through the purport study of performance evaluation on towns ＆ villages conservation, it determines the construction and measurement evaluation factors, establishes the assessment model and its operation, builds up the feedback and correction mechanism of the analysis of performance evaluation result, and improves the working circular chain of towns ＆ villages conservation. It explores a new way for the inspection of the conservation effectiveness, and supplements and optimizes towns ＆ villages conservation system in theory and method in China.
