我国医疗责任保险的发展现状

Status and Countermeasures of the Medical Liability Insurance in China

以转嫁医疗机构从业风险和拓展保险机构业务范围为目的的医疗责任保险,在我国却遇到"叫好不叫座"的尴尬局面。本文通过回顾我国医疗责任保险的发展历程,结合4个试点省、市在医疗保险实施过程中的实际情况,分析医疗责任保险在我国推行不畅的主要矛盾,并有针对性地提出对策和建议,以期为完善我国医疗责任保险制度提供参考。

Medical Liability Insurance is considered as a good product, because it can not only eliminate the high risk of hospital, but also expand the business of insurance agent. However, it wasn＇t widely accepted in China. In this article, we reviewed the development of Medical Liability Insurance in China, shared the experience of the Medical Liability Insurance in 4 model regions, analyzed the limitation of the current Medical Liability Insur- ance policy, and also gave some suggestions on how to improve it. We hope it can be helpful for the future of Medi- cal Liability Insurance in China.
