Suggestion of Mobile Field Hospital Long- distance Transportation by Railway in Plateau

方舱医院整建制赴高原驻训,铁路输送距离约7 200千米,历时约220小时,将面临人员装备多、输送距离远、高原路段长、生活保障难、安全隐患大等问题。通过加强组织指挥、强化捆绑加固和检查,多方面改善途中生活保障,注重人员管理,确保铁路输送安全顺利。提出加强铁路部门国防意识教育和改善军列输送条件及伙食保障的建议。

The whole mobile field hospital was transported by military train experienced roughly 7200 kilo- meters away and 220 hours, facing problems as follows： a lot of persons and equipment, the long transported dis- tance, the long railway in plateau, the difficulty of livelihood support, the security risks, and so on. To ensure the transportation safety and smooth, we should strengthen the organization and command, have more bundled reinforce- ment and inspection, improve the livelihood from many aspects, and pay attention to personnel management. The paper puts forward some suggestions on strengthen national defense awareness education for railway department and improve the conditions of military train transportation and foods support.
