公立医院固定资产精细化管理实践

Application of Sophisticated Fixed Asset Management in Public Hospitals

针对公立医院固定资产管理中存在的管理手段落后、管理部门分散、资产浪费、资产使用效率低等问题,提出通过精细化固定资产管理,具体包括信息化管理、价值管理、调配机制等措施,以提高固定资产的使用效率。

Aiming at the problems in the management of fixed assets of public hospitals, such as the cur- rent underdeveloped management methods, scattered management departments, waste of assets, low use efficiency of assets, this paper put forward the fine management of fixed assets including informatization management, value management, deployment system and so on to improve the use efficiency of fixed assets.
