摘要
本文把试验研究提高到一个前所未有的高度来认识,罗茨泵的特性和质量是设计和制造出来的,试验是产品特性的前导和鉴证。分析探讨了试验研究与设计、工艺之间的关系,以及它们对罗茨泵的特性,如漏率、零流量压缩比、最大容许压差、噪声和振动以及运转的安全性、可靠性所带来的影响,对多发性和容易出现的问题提出了解决和改进的措施。分析研究了试验条件、试验装置和试验方法对保证和鉴证罗茨真空泵特性的重要性,指出试验研究为产品的发展提供了设计依据和研究方向。尝试了设计、标准和试验研究三结合,取得了丰硕的成果。
In this paper, the experimental study is rised to an unprecedented height to recognize, the characteristics and quality of Roots pump is to design and manufacture, test is the forerunner of product features. The study analyzes the relationship between the experimental study, design and process, which affect the characteristics of Roots vacuum pump, such as leakage rate, zero flow compression ratios, maximum allowable differential pressure, noise, vibration, the safety of operation and reliability. In addition, the paper puts forward measures of multiple problems and analyzes the importance of test conditions, equipment and methods to guarantee the Roots vacuum pump features. It's pointed out that the experimental research provide the design basis and the research direction for the development of products. Last but not least, this study tries the combination of design, standard and experimental research, which achieves fruitful results.
