摘要 目的研究叉头/翼状螺旋转录因子(Foxp3)、神经纤毛蛋白(NRP)在乳腺浸润性导管癌(IDC)中的表达及其临床意义,并探讨Foxp3、NRP1和NRP2表达的相关性。方法采用免疫组化En Vision法检测108例乳腺IDC、45例纤维腺瘤和66例正常乳腺组织中Foxp3、NRP1和NRP2的表达,分析3者的表达与乳腺癌临床病理因素及基因分型的关系。结果在正常乳腺组织、纤维腺瘤和乳腺IDC中Foxp3、NRP1和NRP2阳性表达率比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。乳腺IDC中Foxp3表达与组织学分级、淋巴结转移和TNM分期有关(均P<0.05);NRP1和NRP2表达均与淋巴结转移和TNM分期有关(均P<0.05)。Foxp3、NRP1和NRP2表达两两均呈正相关(均P<0.05)。结论乳腺IDC中Foxp3、NRP1和NRP2呈现高表达,联合检测Foxp3、NRP1和NRP2对于评估乳腺癌的生物学特性、预后和指导治疗具有重要的临床价值。 Objective To investigate the expression of Foxp3, Neuropilin-1(NRP1) and Neuropilin-2(NRP2) in infiltrating ductal carcinoma(IDC) of the breast and their significance. M ethods The expressions of Foxp3, NRP1 and NRP2 were detected by immunohistochemical En Vision method in 108 cases of IDC of the breast, 45 cases of fibroadenoma, 66 cases of normal breast tissue. The relationship of foxp3, NRP1 and NRP2 expression with clinical pathological features and genotyping of breast carcinoma was analyzed. Results The expressions of Foxp3, NRP1 and NRP2 in breast IDC were significantly higher than those in fibroadenoma and normal breast tissue(all P〈 0.05).The expression of Foxp3 in IDC of the breast was correlated with histological grade, lymph node metastasis and TNM stage(all P〈0.05); the expression of NRP1 and NRP2 was correlated with lymph node metastasis and TNMstage(all P〈0.05). There was a positive correlation among Foxp3, NRP1 and NRP2(all P0.05).Conclusion The expressions of Foxp3, NRP1 and NRP2 are up-regulated in IDC of the beast, indicating that the combined detection of Foxp3, NRP1 and NRP2 may be used for evaluation of biological behavior and prognosis of breast carcinoma.
