不同形式减重平板训练对脑卒中患者步行速度与下肢关节运动的影响 被引量:8

摘要 目前脑卒中偏瘫患者康复训练主要采用神经促通技术,但该技术本身并不能直接改善步态,而恢复正常步态需要达到合理的肌肉激活、和谐的肌肉收缩时相、足够的承重能力和耐力、不增加下肢伸肌张力等要求。
