重症监护信息系统改善重症护理满意度调查

A survey of the satisfaction on the usage of intensive care information systems in ICU nurse

目的调查重症医学护士应用重症监护信息系统的满意度情况。方法调查本院重症医学科护士,比较分析其对纸质重症监护室护理记录单和重症监护信息系统的满意度。结果护士对纸质重症监护室护理记录单的满意度总分为(59.55±16.52)分,对重症监护信息系统满意度总分为(164.19±8.29)分。护士都认为使用重症监护信息系统可以减少书写护理记录以及交接班时间,减轻工作负荷,提高工作满意度,降低不良事件的发生率。结论与纸质重症监护室护理记录单相比,重症监护信息系统记录省时、省力,ICU护士使用满意度高,未来需要进一步推广重症监护信息系统的使用。

Objective To investigate the satisfaction for the application of information system in ICU. Method Investigating the ICU nurse satisfactions for chartaceous nursing records and intensive care information systems in Peking Union hospital critical care medicine department. Result The total points of nurse＇s satisfaction with chartaceous nursing records was（59.55±16.52） points while the total points of nurse＇s satisfaction with intensive care information systems was（164.19±8.29 points）. Most of the nurses hold that it reduces record time, work load, increase job satisfaction and decrease the incidence of nursing adverse events to use intensive care information systems. Conclusion There is a higher satisfaction with intensive care information system compared with chartaceous nursing records. Information systems also reduce the record time and work load. Intensive care information systems are in need of further popularization in the future.
