摘要 硬质合金工具通常在极端恶劣的工况下使用,工具表面承受着复杂载荷和高温的破坏,而激光热处理是硬质合金表面强化的一种有效手段,因此研究硬质合金的激光热处理具有十分重要的意义。本文综述了硬质合金激光热处理的研究进展,首先介绍了激光热处理在硬质合金表面强化上的优势,其次总结了激光热处理参数对硬质合金表面的微观形貌、组织结构、物相结构、残余应力状况和机械性能的影响,并详细阐述了激光辐照对于硬质合金表面强化的作用机理。激光热处理工艺参数的不断优化以及表面微结构的创建对接触性能影响的深入研究,是今后研究工作的发展趋势。 Cemented carbide tool is usually used under extremely atrocious working condition, so its surface suffers the damage induced by complex loads and high temperature. Laser heat treatment is one of the effective methods for surface strengthening of cemented carbide, therefore the research on the laser heat treatment of cemented carbide is of great significance. The research progress on the laser heat treatment of cemented carbide is reviewed. The advantages of laser heat treatment for surface strengthening of cemented carbide are introduced firstly. The effects of the laser heat treatment parameter on the microstructure, phase structure, residual stress and mechanical properties of cemented carbide are summarized, and the mechanism of the surface strengthening under laser irradiation of cemented carbide is presented in details. It is pointed out that the research in the future should focus on continuously optimizing the process parameters of laser heat treatment and further studying the effects of the surface microstructure creation on the contact performance.
