阐述了面制主食品发展现状及存在的问题,重点分析和探究、学习和借鉴精益工厂设计理念应用到主食面制品社会化、工业化、现代化的工程实践中,实现符合发展的精益工厂设计的社会效益和经济高增值。
In this paper, the surface of main food development situation and existing problem, focuses on the analysis and inquiry, and learn from lean factory design concept applied to the staple food surface products society, industrialization, modernization engineering practice, implementation conforms to the development of lean factory design of social benefit and high economic value-added.
