摘要 呕吐毒素作为真菌次级代谢产物广泛存在于谷物和饲料中,危害了人类和动物的健康,分析了呕吐毒素的性质,对呕吐毒素的检测方法和降解方法进行了综述对比,展望了未来呕吐毒素的研究方向。 As a fungal secondary metabolites, DON are widely exist in grain and feed, seriously affecting the health of human and animal.This paper analyzed the nature of the DON, compared the emetic toxin detection method and the removal method of review, and then prospected, the research direction of the development of DON.
