摘要
目的:探讨社会支持和核心自我评价对创业型大学生职业延迟满足的影响。方法:以在全国9个省区市随机选取的599名创业型大学生为研究对象,通过大学生社会支持评定量表、中文版核心自我评价量表和职业延迟满足问卷为工具。结果:(1)创业型大学生职业延迟满足和社会支持(r=0.278,P<0.01)、核心自我评价(r=0.216,P<0.01)呈显著正相关,社会支持与核心自我评价呈显著正相关(r=0.129,P<0.01);(2)社会支持(β=0.278,P<0.001)和核心自我评价(β=0.216,P<0.001)对创业型大学生职业延迟满足具有显著的正向预测作用,核心自我评价在社会支持影响创业型大学生职业延迟满足中起部分中介作用,中介效应占总效应的比例为10.02%。结论:增强创业型大学生社会支持感知和核心自我评价意识有助于提升创业型大学生职业延迟满足能力。
Objective:To investigate effects of social support and core self- evaluation on entrepreneurial college students'vocational delay of gratification.Methods:572 entrepreneurial college students from nine provinces were ran-domly recruited to complete Social Support Scale for University Students,Chinese Core Self-Evaluation Scale and Vocational Delay of Gratification Questionnaire.Results:① There were significantly positive correlations among en-trepreneurial college students'vocational delay of gratification,social support(r =0.278,P 〈0.01 )and core self-e-valuation(r =0.21 6,P 〈0.01).There was significantly positive correlation between social support and core self-e-valuation(r =0.129,P 〈0.01 ).② Social support(β= 0.278,P 〈 0.001 )and core self- evaluation(β= 0.21 6,P 〈0.001)had significantly positive predictions on entrepreneurial college students'vocational delay of gratification.Core self-evaluation played a partial mediating role in the relationship between social support and entrepreneurial college students'vocational delay of gratification,and the intermediary effect of total effect ratio was 10.02%.Conclusion:Strengthening social support and core self-evaluation of entrepreneurial college students contributes to promote en-trepreneurial college students'vocational delay of gratification.
