以色列的能源外交历经了半个多世纪的漫长过程,从建国初期的艰难起步,到中东战争中被封锁与遏制,再随着中东和平进程推进实现全面发展,一直伴随着中东地区政治、经济的互动与博弈。目前以色列由于坚持强硬政治路线,其在中东开展能源外交曲折艰难,但能源外交有助于以色列加强与周边国家的能源合作,为政治和解创造条件。然而,中东地区复杂的地缘政治关系,也有可能因能源问题激化与周边国家的矛盾。

With the development process of more than half-century, the energy diplomacy in Israel experienced a tough start in the early years of new nation, a blocked and contained time in the Middle East War, and the regional political and economic interaction and competition in the Middle East with the integrated development of the Middle East peace process. Nowadays, Israel＇s energy diplomacy in the Middle East is experiencing a tough time because of its hard political line. Israel＇s energy diplomacy will contribute to reinforcing energy cooperation with neighboring countries and create conditions for political reconciliation. Nevertheless, it can also escalate conflicts with its neighbors because of the complex geopolitical relation in the Middle East.
