凉泻针法治疗带状疱疹临床疗效观察

Therapeutic Observation on Cold Reducing Technique for Herpes Zoster

目的:观察凉泻针法治疗带状疱疹的临床疗效。方法:将80例带状疱疹患者按照随机数字表分为两组,两组均选取阿是穴和病变部位相应神经阶段的夹脊穴,对照组给予电针夹脊穴配合病变部位围刺治疗,治疗组给予凉泻针法针刺夹脊穴和阿是穴,两组均每日针刺1次,连续治疗6次为1疗程,疗程间休息1天。连续治疗3个疗程后观察两组患者治疗前后疼痛积分及临床疗效的改善情况。结果:两组患者治疗后疼痛积分均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),且治疗组疼痛程度明显低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组治愈23例,好转12例,未愈5例,有效率为87.5%;对照组治愈16例,好转15例,未愈9例,有效率为77.5%,治疗组临床疗效优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:凉泻针法在缓解带状疱疹患者的疼痛方面优于临床常用针刺方法,对带状疱疹患者疗效肯定。

Objective： To observe the efficacy of cold reducing technique for herpes zoster. Methods ：80 cases of such disease were randomly divided into two groups according to random number table. Both groups were chosen to acupuncture at Ashi point and Jiaji point and the control group was given Jiaji point combined with the lesion site treatment, and the treatment group was treated with cold reducing technique and acupunctured at Jiaji point and Ashi point. Two groups were acupunctured 1 time a day,6 days in each cycle. The therapeutic effect and Visual Analogue Scale （VAS） were compared after 3 consecutive cycles. Results： After treatment, the VAS score was obviously reduced in both groups （P 〈 0. 05 ）, and the VAS score in the treatment group was reduced more obviously than that in the control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. In the treatment group 23 cases were cured;12 cases were improved ;5 cases were invalid. In the control group 16 cases were cured;15 cases were improved;9 cases were invalid. The total effective rate was 87.5% in the treatment group, which was superior to that of 77.5% in the control group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： The results Suggest that cold reducing technique would relieve the pain of patients with herpes zoster, and has a positively therapeutic effect on herpes zoster.
