醒脑开窍针刺法治疗癔症性失写验案

Xingnao Kaiqiao Acupuncture Therapy in the Treatment of Hysterical Logagraphia

笔者在临床上遇到一例癔症性失写的病例,从心神郁逆、肝失疏泄论治,以石学敏院士所创立的醒脑开窍针刺法为主配合心理疗法加以治疗,取得了较好的疗效。笔者记录了此病例的治疗过程和心得体会,并讨论了运用石氏醒脑开窍针刺法治疗癔症的理论基础。

The author found a patient who had the hysterical logagraphia in clinic. The pattern of syndrome was the obstruction of the orifice of the heart and the liver dysfunction. The patient was treated by the therapy of Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture, which had achieved a good effect. The author had recorded the process for the treatment and experience of this case, and discussed the theoretical basis of the application of Shi＇s Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture therapy for treating hysteria.
