平胃三黄汤治疗糖尿病合并脂代谢紊乱临床观察

Effect of Pingwei Sanhuang Decoction on Diabetes with Lipid Metabolic Disorder

目的:观察平胃三黄汤对糖尿病合并脂代谢紊乱患者的临床疗效。方法:选取60例糖尿病合并脂代谢紊乱的患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组在基础降糖治疗上服用平胃三黄汤,对照组仅给予基础降糖治疗,2个月后,观察两组治疗后血糖,血脂,体重指数,胰岛素抵抗指数的变化。结果:治疗组空腹血糖、餐后血糖、胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDH-C)、体重指数(BMI)均较治疗前降低,胰岛素抵抗(HOMA-IR)较治疗前改善,治疗前后比较有差异(P<0.05),对照组仅空腹血糖、餐后血糖较治疗前有所改善,其余指标与治疗前比较无差异(P>0.05)。结论:平胃三黄汤改善糖尿病患者脂代谢紊乱的同时,有协同降低血糖的作用,同时还有减轻胰岛素抵抗,减轻患者体重的作用。

Objective ： To observe the clinically curative effect of Pingwei Sanhuang decoction on the diabetes mellitus patients with lipid metabolism disorder. Methods： 60 patients were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group. The treatment group was given the Pingwei Sanhuang decoction based on the hypoglycemic therapy, and the control group was only given hypoglycemic therapy. After 2 months, observe the blood sugar, blood lipid, body mass index,the changes of the insulin resistance index of two groups after treatment. Results ： In the treatment group the fasting plasma glucose, postprandial blood sugar, cholesterol （TC）, triglyceride （TG）, low density lipoprotein cholesterol （hdl- c） -C（ LDH）, body mass index （BMI） were reduced, but the insulin resistance （HOMA IR） was improved, and there was a difference before and after treatment （P 〈 O. 05 ） ;in the control group the fasting plasma glucose, postprandial blood sugar were improved, but other indexes had no difference after treatment （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Pingwei Sanhuang decoction can improve lipid metabolic disorder of diabetic patients and has an effect on lowering blood sugar, as well as reducing insulin resistance and the weight of patients.
