摘要
"十一五"期间,滇池入湖河流治理未考虑河流分类的特点,几乎按照统一工程治理,一些技术应用较少考虑适用条件(如地域性)的影响,使得目前入滇河流治理尽管取得一定的成效,但依然存在一定问题,包括污水收集率低,面源治理效果有限,水源补给量少等。如何有效解决这些问题是入滇河流后续治理的重点与方向。为此,论文有针对性地提出了一套包含14项适合滇池流域入湖河流污染治理的新技术体系,并从点源、面源、底泥、生态需水量、水质及水生态6方面详细分析相关治理技术指导不同类型入滇河流治理的适应性与可行性;同时,以盘龙江为案例,结合新技术体系,有针对性地提出相应的后续治理技术体系建议,以期为入滇河流后续治污工程提供技术理论支撑。
During 2005-2010,a series of unified projects were implemented to treat Dianchi inflowing rivers(DIRs)without consideration of river classification features. Thus, water environmental quality of DIRs has been improved obviously,but there are still some problems,including low collecting rate of sewage,limited non-point source treatment effect,less water recharge and so on. How to solve these problems is the focus and direction of DIRs 'follow-up treatment.Thus,a new technology system for DIRs treatment with fourteen items was proposed,and the related technology which are apply to different kinds of DIRs were analyzed from the respects of point source,non-point source,sediments,ecological water demand,water quality and water ecology,trying to provide a useful guideline for DIRs' follow-up treatment.According to new technology system,a case study on Panlongjiang River was carried out,and technology system for its follow-up treatment was proposed to make sure water environmental quality get effective and continuous improvement.
