高效液相色谱-质谱联用技术测定土壤中PAEs

Determination of PAEs in Soil by HPLC-MS / MS

[目的]测定土壤样品中22种PAEs，建立检测与评价方法。[方法]应用高效液相色谱－质谱联用（HPLC－MS／MS）法，以多反应监测扫描方式测定22种塑化剂（PAEs）。[结果]被检测样品在添加水平为0．50～2．00 mg／kg时，22种PAEs类化合物检测质量浓度范围为0．10～3．00 mg／L，具有良好的线性关系，相关系数r＞0．9900，拟合出线性方程；回收率为80．20％～139．50％，检出限值为0．0001～0．0500 mg／kg。[结论]建立了PAEs类化合物的HPLC－MS／MS检测方法，该方法适合应用于土壤中PAEs类化合物的残留分析。

Objective] The aim was to determine 22-PAEs in soil samples and establish detection and evaluation method.[Method] By using HPLC-MS/MS method, 22-PAEs were determined with multi reaction monitoring scanning mode.[Result] Detection of samples at the level of 0.50 to 2.00 mg/kg, 22 kinds of PAEs compounds in the detection of mass concentration range：0.10-3.00 mg/L with a good linear rela-tionship, the correlation coefficient r 〉0.990 0, the linear equation was obtained; recovery rate was 80.20%-139.50%, detection limit was 0.000 1-0.050 0 mg/kg.[Conclusion] HPLC-MS/MS detection method for PAEs compounds is established, which is suitable for resi-due analysis of PAEs compounds in soil.
