Advances on the Metallocarbene Formation Reactions Based on Triazole Derivatives

摘要 卡宾是一类非常有用的有机合成中间体,具有很高的化学反应活性.金属卡宾可以看作是被金属稳定了的卡宾.综述了近些年来有关利用三氮唑类化合物在过渡金属催化条件下形成金属卡宾的相关反应的研究进展,重点阐述了Rh^(II)等过渡金属催化的1,2,3-三氮唑类化合物形成铑卡宾中间体,及其插入到其他反应体系形成新的碳碳或碳杂键的反应. Carbenes are very useful key intermediates in organic synthesis, which generally display high reactivity in chemical transformations. Metallocarbenes can be regarded as metal stabilized organic carbenes. The research progress of the metal- locarbene formation and the related reactions based on triazole compounds are reviewed in this work. The Rh^lI-catalyzed metallocarbenes derived from N-sulfonyl-1,2,3-triazoles, as well as the subsequent insertion reactions into other reaction systems to generate new C-C or C-hetero bonds, are specially focused.
