The strong pickling and passivation process of copper part as well as solution components were presented in this paper. The equipment components,performance and special configuration of strong pickling and passivation automatic production line were also introduced in details including rotary elevator mechanism of travelling crane,the shake equipment of basket in the tank,automatic identification equipment of parts types and flexible control of travelling crane. The requirement was achieved that the different copper parts can be produced on the production line at the same time.
