试论中国航天事业初创时期的人才短缺问题及其突破

On the Talent Shortage Problem and its Breakthrough in the Initial Period of China's Space Cause

新中国成立初期,百废待兴,各项建设事业都需要大量的人才,却都面临着人才短缺的问题。在这样一个背景下,中央领导审时度势,做出了发展导弹、火箭的重大决策。在周恩来、聂荣臻等中央领导同志的关注和支持下,中国航天突破了人才短缺的"瓶颈",开启了航天事业的发展历程,实现了中国航天的稳步推进。

In the early of new China all construction causes required lots of talents but faced talent shortage problems.Under such a situation,the Central leaders had made an important decision to develop missile and rocket.Under the attention and support from the Central leaders of Zhou Enlai and Nie Rongzhen China's space broke through the 'bottleneck' of talent shortage,opened up the development process of space cause and realized the steady progress of China's space.
