莱赛尔细号高密品种低温上浆实践 被引量:3

摘要 探讨莱赛尔细号高密品种的低温上浆要点。为减少莱赛尔纤维产品织造时的开车横档、断纬等织疵,采用易降解丙烯酸共聚浆料上浆;采用45℃的浆槽温度和较低的上浆率上浆;对比分析了变性淀粉和丙烯酸共聚浆料的浆料配方、浆纱工艺及其效果;结果表明:莱赛尔纤维采用易降解丙稀酸共聚浆料低温上浆,可实现浆纱的增韧与保伸,有效减少断纬、开车横档等织疵;认为:采用丙烯酸共聚浆料可以减少浆纱能耗和浆纱成本。 The key points of sizing at lower temperature for I.yocell fine count & higher density fabric were discussed. In order to reduce the weaving defects like running cross bar, broken weft and so on during weaving Lyoeell fabric,acrylic acid eopolymerization size mixture that is easily degradable was adopted. 45 C of sizing box temperature and lower sizing percentage were selected. The sizing instructions,sizing processing and sizing effect of modified starch and acrylic acid eopolymerization size mixture were compared and analyzed. The test results show that the tough of sized yarn can be improved and its elongation can be remained by adopting easily degrad able acrylic acid eopolymerization size mixture for the sizing of Lyocell fabric at lower temperature. The weaving defects like broken weft,running cross bar and so on can be efficiently decreased. It is considered that selection of acrylic acid eopolymerization size mixture is beneficial to the reduction of sizing energy consumption and sizing COSt.
