摘要
研究基于主动携纱器的三维编织减纱与加纱方法。介绍了主动携纱器的运行方式;分析了主动携纱器的减纱和加纱操作流程;总结了移纱过程中纱线数量的变化规律;以双圆台套体编织为例,介绍了编织工艺流程;对携纱器的工程可用性进行了分析,解决了行列式三维编织机在三维变截面预制件织造过程中的减纱和加纱难题,移纱过程更为方便。认为:该主动携纱器可提高生产效率,并可适用于程序化控制。
Yarn decrease and increase methods for three dimensional knitting based on active yarn carrier were studied. The running methods of active yarn carrier were introduced. The operation procedure of yarn decrease and increase for active yarn carrier was analyzed. The change principle of yarn amount during yarn transformation was summarized. Double circular platforra nested knitting was taken as an example. Knitting procedure was introduced. The engineering usability of yarn carrier was analyzed. The problems of yarn decrease and in- crease during weaving three-dimensional variable cross section preformed unit on determinant three-dimensional knitter were solved. The yarn transformation process was more convenient. It is considered that the active yarn carrier can improve the production efficiency,and it is suitable for procedural control.
