摘要 总结海藻纤维棉混纺纱的生产要点。按批次逐批使用海藻纤维;保证长绒棉和细绒棉纤维的白度一致,防止成纱色差的产生;合理选择原料的配比;采用一道预并和三道混并的并合方式,保证纤维混和均匀,降低出条速度,保证喇叭口、圈条斜管通道光滑;适当增加粗纱捻系数和粗纱隔距,改善粗纱条干均匀度;整个生产过程保持低速生产,严格控制车间温湿度。通过采取以上措施顺利生产出海藻纤维/精梳长绒棉/精梳细绒棉50/30/20 9.8tex纱,各项质量指标均符合要求。认为:合理的工艺优化和严格的车间温湿度控制可以保证海藻纤维混纺纱顺利生产。 Key points of producing cotton alginate fiber blended yarn were summarized. Alginate fiber was used by batch. The whiteness of long staple cotton and medium staple cotton fiber should be consistent to prevent yarn color difference. Material proportion was optimized reasonably. To ensure fiber blending uniformity, the method of one pre-drawing and three times blended doubling were adopted. Lower drawing speed should beselected,the passageway of bell and coiler pipe should be ensured smooth. Roving twist factor and roving gauge should be appropriately increased to improve roving evenness. Lower speed should be kept in the whole production process. Moisture temperature of workshop should be strictly controlled. Through adopting the above measures, alginate fiber/combed long staple cotton/combed medium staple cotton 50/30/20 9.8 tex blended yarn could be spun successfully and the yarn each quality index could meet the requirements. It is considered that alginate fiher blended yarn could be spun successfully by adopting reasonablytechnology processing and strictly controlling moisture temperature of workshop.
