摘要
目的采用紫外-可见分光光度法测定乳酸亚铁胶囊的溶出度。方法以0.1 mol·L^(-1)盐酸溶液为溶出介质,篮法,转速为50 r·min^(-1),30 min时取样进行显色,在510 nm处测定吸光度。结果亚铁离子检测浓度的线性范围为0.66~4.64μg·m L^(-1)(r=0.9999);平均回收率为99.98%,RSD=0.23%(n=9);3批样品在不同的溶出介质中,30 min的溶出量均达80%以上。结论所用方法准确、可靠,可用于测定该制剂的溶出度。
OBJECTIVE To determine the dissolution of Ferrous lactate capsule. METHODS Ultraviolet - visible spectrophotometry was adopted with 0.1 mol·L^-1 hydrochloric acid solution as the dissolution medium in basket method. The speed was 50 r·min^-1, samples were taken for color at 30 min at the wavelength of 510 nm. RESULTS The linear range of ferrous ion detection concentration was 0.66 - 4.64 μg. mL ^- 1 ( r = 0. 9999 ). The average recovery was 99. 98 % with the RSD of 0.23 % ( n = 9 ). The dissolution amount three batches of samples in the different dissolution mediums was more than 80% in 30 min. CONCLUSION This method is accurate, reliable and can be used for determining the dissolution of the preparation.
