HPLC测定小儿热咳口服液中的盐酸麻黄碱

Determination of ephedrine hydrochloride in Xiaoer Reke oral liquid by HPLC

目的采用HPLC法测定小儿热咳口服液中盐酸麻黄碱的含量。方法采用Hypersil BDS C_(18)色谱柱(250 mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-1%磷酸(3∶97),流速1.0 m L·min^(-1),检测波长206 nm,柱温25℃。结果盐酸麻黄碱对照品的线性范围为12.0~120.0μg·m L^(-1)(r=0.9996),平均回收率为97.7%,RSD=1.9%(n=6)。结论所用方法快速、简便、重复性好,可用于小儿热咳口服液的质量控制。

OBJECTIVE To determine the content of ephedrine hydrochloride in Xiaoer Reke oral liquid by HPLC. METHODS The Hypersil BDS Clscolumn（250 mm ×4.6mm,5 μm） was used. The mobile phase was acetonitrile and 1% phosphoric acid（3 ： 97 ）. The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^-1 with the detection wavelength at 206 nm and column temperature at 25 ℃. RESULTS The linear range of ephedrine hydrochloride reference substance was 12.0 - 120.0 μg·mL^- 1 （r = 0. 9996 ）, the average recovery rate was 97.7% with RSD of 1.9% （ n = 6）. CONCLUSION The quantitive method is rapid and simple with good repeatability,and it can be used to control the quality of ephedrine hydrochloride.
