摘要 目的 建立药用玻璃容器中砷、锑浸出量的测定方法。方法 采用氢化物发生-原子吸收法测定药用玻璃容器中的砷、锑浸出量。结果 各元素在一定的浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系,r均大于0.99,加样回收率为92.9%-119.8%,检出限均满足测定的要求。结论 所用方法准确、专属性好、灵敏度高,可用于测定药用玻璃容器中砷、锑的浸出量。 OBJECTIVE To establish a method for determination of the leaching content of As and Sb in pharmaceutical glass container. METHODS Atomic absorption spectrometry with hydride generation was used to determine As and Sb in pharmaceutical glass containe. RESULTS The response of elements showed good linearity in a certain concentration range, and the correlation coefficients were all greater than 0.99. The recoveries were 92.9% - 119.8% , and the detection limits all met the requirements of determination. CONCLUSION The method is specific, sensitive, accurate , and can he used for the determination of As and Sb in pharmaceutical glass container.
