摘要
目的采用火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定腺苷钴胺片的含量。方法用标准曲线法计算样品的含量。结果平均回收率为99.94%,RSD=0.15%(n=6)。结论所用方法简便、准确、重复性好,可作为该药的质量控制方法。
OBJECTIVE To determine the content of Cobamamide tablets by Atomic absorption spectrometry. METHODS To perform the detection with standard curve method. RESULTS The average recovery rate of sanlples was 99.94% （ n = 6） with the RSD of 0.15%. CONCLUSION The method is simple,accurate and reduplicate, and could be used in the quality control of Cobamamide tablets.
