摘要
目的：建立HPLC法测定都梁丸中阿魏酸的含量。方法：采用Diamonsil C18色谱柱,以甲醇-0.1%磷酸（65∶35）为流动相,柱温35℃,测定波长321nm。结果：阿魏酸进样量在0.0144～0.288μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9997,平均加样回收率为98.3%,RSD为1.02%。结论：该法准确、快速、重复性好,可用于都梁丸中阿魏酸的含量测定。
Objective To establish HPLC for determining the content of ferullic acid in Duliang Pills. Method An HPLC method was developed. The chromatographic conditions were as follow： Diamonsil C 18 column and methanol -0. 1% phosphoric acid （65：35） as mobile phase, The column temperature was 25℃, detection wavelength at 321nm. Result The recovery range of ferullic acid was 0. 0144 -0. 288μg, r =0. 9997. The average recovery rate was 98.3% and RSD was 1.02%. Conclusion The method is simple and accurate, with good repeatability, and can be used for determination of ferullie acid in Duliang Pills.
