中药外用三联疗法治疗反复性盆腔炎38例临床观察

Clinical Observation of 38 Cases of External Chinese Medicine Triple Therapy in the Treatment of Recurrent Pelvic Inflammatory Disease

目的:观察采用益气清湿化瘀法的中药外用三联疗法治疗反复性盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法:选取76例反复性盆腔炎患者随机平均分成两组。对照组采用常规西药口服给药;治疗组通过中药保留灌肠、中药药膏盆腔炎治疗仪阴道给药、中药直流电经穴离子导入治疗,10d为1个疗程,治疗2、4、6个疗程后进行疗效评价。结果:治疗组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:基于共性病机采用益气清湿化瘀法的中药外用三联疗法治疗反复性盆腔炎可以提高中药的利用程度,改善患者症状。

Objective To observe the use of ＂ yiqi qingshi huayu＂ method of external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine triple therapy in the treatment of recurrent pelvic inflammatory disease of clinical curative effect. The control group （38 cases） by routine western medicine oral administration; patients in the treatment group by traditional Chinese medicine retention enema, traditional Chinese medicine ointment for treating pelvic inflammatory disease therapy instrument and vagina to medicine, traditional Chinese medicine DC electric acupoint iontophoresis, 10 days for a course of treatment and at 2, 4, 6 courses was evaluated. Re- suits The treatment group was better than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Based on the common pathogenesis of the Qi and expelling dampness stasis of external application of Chinese medicine triple therapy in the treatment of recurrent pelvic in- flammatory disease can improve Chinese traditional medicine utilization degree, improve the symptoms of patients, is worthy of promotion.
