我国文化产业安全预警体系的构建研究

Research on the Construction of Security Warning System of China's Cultural Industry

做好文化产业安全预警工作,是促进我国文化产业健康发展的一项重要举措。文化产业安全预警体系,不仅要有完整的体系框架,还必须有相应的分工与合作机制。本文在探讨中国文化产业安全预警现状的基础上,初步构建了我国文化产业安全预警体系框架,着重研究体系框架中的预警信息采集系统、预警分析系统和预警反应系统,并在此基础上介绍了预警体系的分工与合作机制,据此提出构建我国文化产业安全预警体系的一些建议。

To ensure cultural industry security early warning is an important measure to promote the healthy development of Chi- na＇ s cultural industry. Culture industry security early warning system should not only have a complete system framework, but also must have the corresponding division of labor and cooperation mechanism. On the base of Chinese culture industry security warning status, the thesis conduct the initial construction of the China＇s cultural industry security early warning system framework, focusing on frame system of early warning information acquisition system, early warning system analysis and early warning and response system, and on this basis the warning system of division of labor and cooperation mechanisms, and accordingly put forward some suggestions for con- struction of China~ cultural industry security warning system.
