城镇化背景下以文化认同推动城市社区善治问题探析

伴随城镇化的快速发展,城市人口规模大幅增长,人员流动加大,社会各群体都涌进了城市。这些城市新居民和城市原有居民在文化观念、生活方式等方面存在较大差异,使得社区治理难度加大,新的治理问题浮现,这给城市社区治理提出了新的挑战。如何让城市新市民尽快适应城市生活,如何化解社区治理中出现的新问题?建构社区文化认同是城镇化背景下推进社区有效治理的新思路。

Along with the rapid development of urbanization, urban population grows rapidly, the flow of personnel increase, and each group rush into the city. These new urban residents of the city and the original inhabitants have big differences in cultural values and ways of life. The community governance difficulty increase and new governance problems emerge, which proposed new challenges to the urban community governance. How to make urban residents adapt to urban life as soon as possible, how to solve the new prob- lems in community governance are issues to solve. Construction of community cuhural identity is a new way to promote the effective governance of the community in the context of urbanization.
