高校是国民教育的重要阵地,高校要把培育和践行社会主义核心价值观落到实处,首先应该准确提炼和深刻阐述社会主义核心价值观的内涵和外延,然后以系统工程来设计高校培育和践行社会主义核心价值观的规划方案,从顶层设计开始将其融入高校教育全过程。高校应以校训、三支队伍建设、思想政治理论课、高校管理和服务工作等为着力点,并以制度建设为保障,为社会主义核心价值观的培育和践行保驾护航。
