摘要
新形势下学生教育管理工作中,辅导员现有工作观念中存在着诸多问题,辅导员应运用先进的科学理论加快自身观念的转变、采用新的工作方法、探索学生工作中的"服务育人"模式,真正做到在诸多方面指导学生,服务于学生。
In the new period, the ideological values and life behavior of college students have undergone great changes. The un- ceasing changes have posed new challenges to the instructors＇ work, such as the increases of competitive pressure of society, and prominent individual issues of the 90s freshman. This paper mainly analyzes the issues of instructors＇ s view of work in the education management work of university students and how the university instructors should accelerate the transformation of their own ideas by u- sing advanced scientific theories. And they should explore the mode of education and service, truly guiding students and serving students in many aspects.
