摘要
社会治理创新要求建立职业化与专业化的社区工作者队伍。作为社区工作的重要力量,青年社区工作者的职业适应与发展状况直接影响基层社区治理的成效。研究表明,青年社区工作者在职业成长中面临种种问题,突出表现为社区工作转型中的角色定位困惑、知识谱系转变中的知识技能不足、社区治理创新的支持与合作网络欠缺。要根据社会治理创新的现实逻辑,明确社区工作者的复合型角色,从本土化与专业化的创新融合角度,拓展培训内容、创新培育方式,扩大社会网络、创建组织网络,为青年社区工作者的能力拓展创造条件。
The innovation of social governance requires the construction of professional and specialized team of community workers. As young people have become an important force of community workers,their professional adaptation and development exerts a direct influence on the grass- roots community governance innovation. The research shows that young community workers faces various problems during their work,especially the role confusion in community work transition,the shortage of knowledge and skills during the knowledge spectrum transformation,the lack of social network support and cooperation in community governance innovation. In order to create a good condition for the growth of young community workers,it is necessary to clarify the complex role of community workers and enhance the integration of localization and specialization according to the vision of social governance innovation. And steps should be taken to enrich the training content,innovate cultivation mode,expand social network,and reconstruct organization network.
