“格子铺”式少儿读者自我管理新模式探索——以江西省图书馆为例

Exploration on New Pattern of “Box Store” for Children Readers' Selfmanagement: A Case Study of Jiangxi Provincial Library

以江西省图书馆少儿部近来举办的少儿活动为例,从活动的产生背景、具体做法、基本成效、推广普及等方面进行阐述和分析;以自身的工作经验去发现和检验"格子铺"在图书馆里与少儿读者之间的微妙关系,从而实现读者自我管理的活动,是一种可行有效、极具前景的新模式。

This paper takes Jiangxi provincial library of children Department recently held of activities as a case, from the aspects of background, specific practices, basic effectiveness, and promotion universal to describe and analysis,then to find out the subtle relationship between ＂box store＂ in library and its children readers. This kind of self-management activity is feasible, effective and prospective.
