摘要
碳化硅陶瓷基复合材料(CMC-Si C)是一种新型战略性热结构材料,在航空、航天、核能等高新技术领域具有广阔应用前景。但CMC-Si C材料硬度高、不导电等特性决定了实现其高精度、高质量加工较为困难。综述了CMC-Si C材料的传统加工和特种加工工艺的研究现状与进展,重点阐述了激光加工陶瓷及CMC-Si C材料的加工机理和加工效果。最后,指出了CMC-Si C材料加工技术的发展趋势。
Continuous fiber reinforced silicon carbide composite(CMC-Si C) is a new strategic thermo-structural material. It has wide range of application in the filed of aviation, aerospace, nuclear power and high-tech fields, et al. However, it is very difficult to conduct a high precision and high quality machining due to its high hardness, non-conducting properties. In this paper, the research status and development of the traditional and special processing technology of CMCSi C are reviewed, and the mechanism and effect of laser machining on CMC-Si C are emphasized. At last, the developmental trend of processing technology of CMC-Si C is pointed.
