摘要
分析护理人员流失的现状及影响护理人员流失的岗位胜任力因素,胜任力因素(工作压力大、低自我效能感)是导致人才流失的隐性因素,从基于胜任力的护理人员招聘、绩效管理、培训3个方面阐述护理人才流失的对策。
This paper analyzes the status of nursing brain drain and the affected competency factors.Competency factors(job stress and low self-efficacy)is the hidden factors of brain drain.This paper reviews the countermeasures from three aspects:recruit nursing staff based on competency;performance management;and training.
