神东矿区切顶卸压留巷工作面“开式采空区”防灭火技术研究 被引量:22

摘要 切顶卸压自动成巷无煤柱开采技术是煤炭回采工艺的重要革新,采空区的防灭火管理是此新工艺能否得以推广应用的关键影响因素之一。文章对神东矿区哈拉沟煤矿12201切顶卸压无煤柱开采采空区防灭火管理进行了研究,从新工艺采空区的管理分析、通风系统的分析、工作面风量配置、采空区气体分析、采空区"自燃"三带分布分析以及综合防灭火技术的应用,总结了切顶卸压无煤柱开采技术采空区防灭火管理经验,为神东矿区浅埋深近距离煤层中推广应用切顶卸压自动成巷无煤柱开采技术奠定了基础。 Cut the top automatic pressure relief into the lane without pillar mining technology is an important innovation of coal mining technology, fire prevention and management of goal is one of the key factors of this new technology can be applied. Article of Shendong mining area Hala ditch coal mine 12201 roof cutting unloading pressure without coal pillar mining gob fire prevention and management were studied. From the new technology of goal management analysis, analysis of ventilation system analysis, wind configuration, goal gas, mined out area "spontaneous combustion" three zones distribution analysis and comprehensive fire prevention and extinguishing technology application, summed up the roof cutting pressure relief without coal pillar mining technology of goaf fire prevention and management experience,for Shendong mining area of shallow buried depth of near distance coal seam in the promotion and application of cutting top pressure relief automatically into the lane without coal pillar mining technology laid the foundation.
