医院分娩室医院感染管理及预防控制措施

Management and control measures for delivery room in first class MCH institution

目的了解医院分娩室消毒、相关工作人员知识培训及产妇、新生儿的相关感染情况,制定控制分娩室医院感染的相关预防控制措施。方法对2012年1月-2014年12月共14 063例产妇会阴切口感染、新生儿脐部感染、产褥等其他感染及分娩室的医院感染相关知识培训方式、工作人员接受度的调查,分析分娩室感染的有关因素。结果 2012-2014年产妇会阴切口年感染率分别为0.69%、0.57%、0.29%,新生儿脐部感染率分别为0.05%、0、0,产褥感染率分别为0.09%、0、0,逐年下降,工作人员各种培训方式的考核成绩,由高到低分别为护士长示教、科级理论培训、网络示教、院级理论培训和颁发教材自学。结论从各个细节严格控制分娩室的医院感染质量,制定全面的防控措施,有效降低分娩室的医院感染率。

OBJECTIVE Hospital delivery room disinfection,relevant staff knowledge training and maternal and neonatal infections,thus analysis the risk factors of delivery room infection,and develop measures to control delivery room infections.METHODS Through maternal episiotomy infect for nearly three years,newborn navel infection,puerperal infection situation and other delivery way of hospital infection knowledge training and staff acceptance survey,analysis of the delivery room infection related factors,targeted to develop the corresponding control measures.RESULTS Rate of maternal episiotomy infection situations（0.69%、0.57%,0.29%）,rate of newborn navel infections（0.05%,0,0）and rate of puerperal infection（0.09%,0,0）nearly three years dropped year by year,other staff of various training ways of examination scores raned from high to low respectively,the head nurse teaching,theoretical level,training,network teaching,college theory issued by training and self-study.CONCLUSION From the various details strictly control the quality of delivery room of hospital infection for the comprehensive control measures,effectively reduce the delivery room of the hospital infection rate.
