摘要
目的探讨骨肉瘤组织中Survivin蛋白和FZD10的表达及其临床意义。方法应用免疫组织化学技术(SP法)检测22例骨肉瘤(实验组)组织及11例骨软骨瘤(对照组)组织中抑凋亡蛋白Survivin及血管内皮生长因子FZD10的表达水平,分析其与骨肉瘤发生的相关性。结果 Survivin蛋白在骨肉瘤、骨软骨瘤组织中的表达为64%(14/22)和0(0/11)(P<0.05);FZD10蛋白在骨肉瘤、骨软骨瘤组织中的表达为82%(18/22)和9%(1/11)(P<0.05);并且蛋白表达和肿瘤恶性程度呈正相关;结论 Survivin蛋白和FZD10蛋白的高表达与骨肉瘤的发生发展密切相关。两者的表达具有相关性可作为诊断骨肉瘤,判断其恶性程度的参考指标。
Objective To investigate the expressions and clinicopathological significance of Survivin protein and FZD10 protein in osteosarcoma. Methods The expressions of Survivin protein and FZD10 protein in 22 cases of patients with osteosarcoma, 11 cases osteochondroma were detected by using immunohistochemistry S-P method. The relationship between the expression of Survivin protein and FZD10 protein and the oncogenesis. Results The expression rates of Survivin protein in osteochondroma and osteosarcoma were 64%(14/22) and 0 (0/11)(P〈0.05); the expression rates of FZD10 protein in osteochondroma and osteosarcoma were 82%(18/22) and 9%(1/11)(P〈0.05). Conclusion The Survivin protein and FZD10 light play synergetie roles in the process of osteosarcoma. which suggests that survivin and FZD10 level is an important indicator for diagnosis of this disease.
