实时三维超声心动图在评价风湿性心脏病二尖瓣狭窄中的诊断价值探讨 被引量:9

摘要 风湿性心脏病是心脏瓣膜病中最常见的病种之一,其中尤其以二尖瓣狭窄高发。二尖瓣瓣口面积的准确测量、评估其病变的形态、部位及程度,对临床的治疗及预后的评估具有重要的意义。二维面积法是目前临床最常用的测量二尖瓣瓣口面积的方法,但其测量的准确性受患者透声条件及操作者技术熟练程度的影响[1]。实时三维超声心动图能够显示二尖瓣器的整体形态[2]。本研究旨在通过与手术二尖瓣标本的实测瓣口面积对照,探讨二维超声测二尖瓣瓣口面积(MVA2DE),多普勒压力降半时间法(MVAPHT),实时三维超声测二尖瓣口面积(MVA3DE)几种方法中,实时三维超声心动图(RT3DE)在评价风湿性心脏病二尖瓣狭窄中的诊断价值。
