甲基苯丙胺类与阿片类毒品对男性性功能影响的比较研究

A comparative study of the influence of methamphetamine and opioids on male sexual function

目的:比较甲基苯丙胺类及阿片类毒品对男性性功能影响的程度。方法:用男性性功能量表(MSFI)分别对191例甲基苯丙胺滥用者、167例阿片类滥用者及160例正常男性进行问卷调查。结果:1甲基苯丙胺类及阿片类滥用者第一次吸毒平均年龄分别为(24.29±8.04)年和(22.82±5.52)年,文化程度分别以初中为主(占56.02%)及(占49.70%);职业方面,甲基苯丙胺类以私营或个体为主(占37.70%)而阿片类滥用者以农民为主(占60.48%)。2MSFI结果显示,甲基苯丙胺类及阿片类滥用者的MFSI总分显著低于对照组;阿片类滥用者的MSFI总分低于甲基苯丙胺类滥用者,性欲、勃起、射精、问题评估及满意度的各个得分上的差异均有统计学意义。结论:甲基苯丙胺类及阿片类长期滥用后将造成男性性功能损害,且阿片类损害更为严重。

Objective： To explore the influence of methamphetamine and opioids on male sexual function. Methods： 191 cases of the methamphetamine abuser 、167 cases of the opioid abuser and 160 cases of normal control were investigated using the male sexual function inventory（ MSFI）. Results： 1The average age of first time drug use are 24. 29 ± 8. 04 years old for methamphetamine drug abusers and 22. 82 ± 5. 22 years old for opioid drug abusers,and the percentage of education up to junior middle school action is 56. 02%and 49. 70%,respectively; The occupation of methamphetamine abusers is mainly private business or self-employed（ 37. 70%）,and for opioid abusers is mainly farmers（ 60. 48%）. 2The MSFI scores of the methamphetamine and opioid drug abusers are significantly lower than normal controls; and the MSFI score is lower for opioid abusers compared with methamphetamine abusers,There are statistically significance in the scores of sexual desire,erection,ejaculation,problem assessment and satisfaction. Conclusion： Longer term abusing methamphetamine and opioids will cause male sexual dysfunction and for opioids the damage is more serious.
