摘要 针对塔河油田液压反馈式抽稠泵由于泵漏失导致的检泵次数逐渐增多的问题,进行了防漏失研究。抽稠泵与当量泵径接近的常规泵的参数对比表明:常规抽稠泵存在进油阀阀球直径、进油阀阀座流道偏小的问题,从而造成泵阀关闭滞后或关闭不严,最终导致漏失。利用阀球运动速度与阀球阀罩径向、轴向间隙实验,分析了抽稠泵阀球阀罩径向、轴向间隙的合理性,对抽稠泵进油阀位置、阀球尺寸、阀球密度、阀球阀罩径向间隙进行了优化。经现场试验,优化后的抽稠泵明显降低了漏失,提高了泵效,延长了检泵周期,具有良好的推广价值。 The anti-leakage of hydraulic feedback heavy-oil pump in Tahe Oilfield is investigated due to the increasing pump inspections result from pump leakage. The comparison of pump parameters between heavy- oil pump and conventional pump with equivalent pump diameter shows that the heavy-oil pump is featured by lower filling valve ball diameter and inlet valve seat channel size,which will result in lag or lax close and finally result in pump leakage. The experiment between valve ball velocity and radial,axial clearances between valve ball and valve housing is analyzed to determine reasonable radial and axial valve ball-housing clearances in heavy-oil pump,and the inlet valve position,valve ball size,valve ball density and valve radial ball-housing clearance are optimized. Field test shows a significant improvement in heavy- oil pump leakage,pump efficiency and extend of pump inspection period,which is favorable for further promotion.
