基于专利分析的作物病虫草害检测技术发展趋势研究 被引量:1

Study on Development Trend of Crop Diseases,Insect Pests and Weeds Detection Technology Based on Patent Analysis

摘要 在专利文献统计分析的基础上,从时间属性、地域属性、专利权人属性和技术属性4个角度对国内外作物病虫草害检测技术进行研究,总结了该技术领域的专利技术发展状况以及未来发展趋势。结果表明:全球作物病虫草害检测技术正处于快速发展期,我国近年来在该技术领域研发成果较多;作物虫害和作物病害检测技术是该领域的重点研发技术;在我国,高校和科研院所构成该领域创新主体。对该领域的专利H指数、被引频次、核心专利等质量指标分析发现:国外企业掌握了该领域核心技术,国内高校院所和企业的专利质量有待提升。最后,从政府和企业两个层面,提出了我国进一步发展作物病虫草害检测技术的对策建议。 On the basis of patent literature statistical analysis, this paper studied domastic and foreign diagnosis technology for crop diseases, insect pests and weeds from 4 angles of time, region, patentee and technology attributes ; and summarized the future development trends of patent technology in these technical areas. The results suggested that the diagnosis technology for crop diseases, insect pests and weeds in the world was developing rapidly. Recently, China had made more R&D achievements in these technical areas. Crop insect pests and diseases detection were the key R&D technology. In China, universities and research institutes, rather than enterprises, were the main innovators in this technical area. The leaders kept core technology of crop diseases, insect pests and weeds diagnosis were foreign enterprises, and the patent quality of domestic research institutes and enterprises need to be further improved. Finally, countermeasures and suggestions were put forward for further development of crop diseases, insect pests and weeds diagnosis technology in China from 2 respects: government and enterprises.
